Help? Michelle; both of those activities are life-savers!!! The dancing at the music club is also a tremendous help, i expand a huge amount of energy doing it but interestingly feel very energized by the end of the night, usually leave feeling very,…… well, jazzed.:-) Can’t recommend it enough, though of course it helps to ;like the music.

Jeff, true that! Does the bike riding not help? And I would think the constant exposure to the atmosphere in your music club is also useful and soothing.

I want my mind to tell my body to un=tighten. Too tight a body feeds back to the mind, creates pathways which result in further tightening, and before we know it we’re a ball of tension, ready to explode at the slightest provocation, no matter how insignificant it is. Doing yoga exercises daily is an excellent idea. A life-saver.
